This studio is specially designed and prioritized for a student with reduced mobility requirements. Upon booking, evidence of your situation and needs for an adaptable studio will be requested.

Booking period
There's no limit to how long you can stay at this location. In the following step, you will choose the period of your first stay but you can always extend this period during your stay.

Opening Deal
Students who will be staying with us for 5 months or longer during the academic year 24/25 can stay with us for a reduced price of € 695 per month for the duration of their first contract. Staying less than 5 months or extending your contract? You'll pay € 795 per month.

Meal Plan
Select your meal plan as you like in the next step. Choose half board for 20 breakfast and 20 lunch or dinner tickets (€285 per month), full board for 20 breakfast and 40 lunch or dinner tickets (€385 per month), or don't include the meal plan.

Fully furnished
The studio includes air conditioning, a private kitchen, and a private bathroom. No need for a moving van; the studio is fully furnished for your comfort with the following:
